I'm afraid it sounds like I decorated the shuttles - but I didn't. They are the work of Hope Bates, a fellow Palmetto Tatter - look for her table in the Vending Room at Tat Days in September! I just bought them over a period of a couple of years and am keeping them for Stephanie in her very own sewing box.

I did learn to embroider at age six, but back then children were allowed to do things that nowadays the "experts" warn against (such as using sharp implements). My mom and dad just to me to be careful and not stick myself with the needle!Sharren - Tatting in Greenwood, South Carolinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03057763714478013461noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7994208314380323971.post-70258981119475709682011-06-27T01:02:10.905-04:002011-06-27T01:02:10.905-04:00lucky duck! they are all cute!lucky duck! they are all cute!shannon_in_lovehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01479847188434034481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7994208314380323971.post-87282351399423695982011-06-26T19:38:35.795-04:002011-06-26T19:38:35.795-04:00Oh my goodness! (As it is, my "tatting buddy" that holds my needles and crochet hooks for me is a little Eeyore pouch! LOL). The thought of an Eeyore shuttle might be just what I need to finally master the flip and learn to shuttle tat! (Me? Jealous? Just a wee bit... LOL).

-Stephanie GraceStephanie Gracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18081500547900197691noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7994208314380323971.post-67662211930176794622011-06-26T19:29:33.570-04:002011-06-26T19:29:33.570-04:00Goodness!
